Access to app.growyourbrand.io requires a registered account.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law

By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform fully, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep login credentials secure
Not share your account
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive activity.

4. Current Free Access

The Platform is currently provided entirely free of charge.
You will never be retroactively charged for usage during free access periods.

5. Future Pricing

We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do:

You will receive at least 30 days’ notice
Pricing tiers will be clearly communicated
You may cancel anytime before charges begin

Continued use after pricing changes means acceptance of the new terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Send spam or misleading content
Publish unlawful, harmful, or abusive material
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
Scrape or extract data without permission

We may suspend access for violations without notice.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload.
You grant Grow Your Brand a non-exclusive license to host and process your content to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

Does not infringe third-party rights
Complies with platform policies
Follows applicable laws

We may remove violating content at any time.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Platform includes AI tools that generate content.
By using them, you acknowledge:

AI output may require editing
Accuracy and originality are not guaranteed
You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
We are not liable for third-party claims related to AI output

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate with services like Meta, Google, and X.
Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms.

We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or availability.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including design, software, and branding, remain the property of Grow Your Brand and its licensors.

You may not use our trademarks or materials without written permission.

White-label usage is limited to the scope agreed upon with Grow Your Brand.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service
Error-free operation
Specific business outcomes

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow Your Brand is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the greater of:

Fees paid in the last 12 months, or
USD $50 during free-access periods

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grow Your Brand from claims arising from:

Your content
Your use of the Platform
Violations of these Terms
Violations of applicable laws

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in harmful activity
Create legal risk for the Platform

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

You may be notified by email

Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.

Disputes will:
